In this 2 hour workshop we will explore how to gently offer our load to the Universe, and let go so that we can live in that place of sweet surrender. Poems by Ellen Bass, Jericho Brown, Nancy Rose Meeker, Kabir, Denise Levertov, and others will serve as inspiration for your own writing. Each workshop includes guided meditations, gentle movement, poetry reading, writing, sharing and group discussion. Each workshop is $50 and we will meet on Google Meet.
