Winter is a beautiful postcard of white blanketing the trees, rooftops, the skylights, the roads we travel.  Winter is a time for contemplation and reflection of our lives as we snuggle up with poems, books and loved ones. 

I’m a Caribbean woman writing about the beauty of Winter.  I never imagined that I could get used to it, even if I’m not after thirty years, I can appreciate what it has to offer us the glimmer of icicles, the soft flurries of snow, the quietness of mind.  Join me in enriching our own creativity, beauty, wisdom which Winter allows.  Poems from of other well-known poets will serve as inspiration such as Chelsea Dingman, K.S.
