Poetry from other poets such as Langston Hughes, Naomi Shihab-Nye, Li Ch'ing-Chao, St John of the Cross Josephine Miles, and various other poets will shed light. $50 for this workshop.  We gather on Google Meet.  It includes guided meditation, visualization, light movement, poetry reading, writing, sharing and group discussions.
