Harrington and others tells us about the blessings and destructive powers of the wind.  Just like when all is still then get swept away our presence is required to hear which direction we should go.  The power of the wind is a great metaphor for the power of our presence.  This 2 hour workshop $50, includes Guided meditation, poetry reading of world known poets, gentle movement, creative writing, sharing and group discussion.
