Once Upon A Summer Morning Free Workshop – Saturday July 1st 1-3PM (EST) will take place on Google Meet

We will be enriched by summer mornings written about with grace, be mesmerized by the joy of dog play, the appearance of horses in a field, the morning dew on grass, scented lilacs we inhale as we walk on a path and how they can transform our being through our attention & full presence. It’s a great time to contemplate what we love about summer mornings. World known poets: Mary Oliver, Rose Fyleman, William Carlos Williams, Analicia Sotelo and others will offer great insight into their summer mornings and how we can make ours more enjoyable! Guided Meditation, Poetry from world known poets, creative writing with prompts, sharing and group discussion in a circle of men & women will make this a memorable fun time!!
