What helps us to endure? Without the light from others, would we have the courage to shine our own light?  World known poets and leaders from the East & West: Hafiz, Antonio Machado, Meister Eckhart, Catherine Arra, St John of The Cross, Simon Ortiz, the Dalai Lama and others offer us their light through their powerful words. In this workshop, we can practice shining our light to open the sacred beauty in all beings. Enjoy guided meditation, discovering poetry from the east & west, creative writing with prompts, sharing & group discussion in a loving atmosphere, and expressing your authentic self in a compassionate & friendly circle. All writing levels are welcome. $50 for two hours on Google Meet to be paid with Paypal. This workshop also includes a writing assignment to be completed with a prompt before the group meets to be shared in the circle of adult men & women.
