Poetic Resolutions is a workshop that will create space for reflecting on the goals and dreams we want to focus our gentle attention on for the new year. It’s really about becoming more aware of how we’re living and whether we want to readjust our thoughts, patterns and habits. We will Increase our level of awareness in a compassionate way for the new year. World known poets: Ha Jin, Amy Ludwig Vanderwater, Donna Ashworth and others will serve as inspiration for reflection, writing, and sharing.
