In this 2 hour adult workshop we will focus on the wisdom in each of us so life can be even more enjoyable, physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. Poems from many poets will serve as inspiration for your own writing like D. H. Lawrence, Akasha Hull, St Catherine of Siena, Ellen Bass; and many others.
