Exploration – Truth Tellers

Whether we are saying no the tragedies in the world, or becoming aware of what feels right for us, we are meant to bring light by sharing our truth.  We also explore what part we play in holding on to anger, resentment, or hate.  Our hearts will open with love to the sacred in each of us. Poems by Naomi Shihab Nye, St. Catherine of Siena; Joy Harjo will be a beacon for our poems about truth telling. All workshops include Guided meditation, visualisation, light movement, poetry reading, writing, sharing and group discussion. $50 per workshop. We gather on Google Meet.
