Let’s use them to heal further by thinking of those who we need to make amends to in a letter of apology.  We can free ourselves and others by letting go of resentment and anger with a simple acknowledgment.  Poets from around the world Ellen Bass, Gwen Westerman, William Carlos Williams offer us examples of their healing words and how to go down that path of apologizing.
