Whether you were given a name or chose one for yourself, it matters how you feel about your name.  Imagine your life experiences being a culmination to giving meaning to your name, what would you include what would you leave out?  We can also honor who we are by acknowledging the sacredness of our lineage. Poets: Emmett T. Melendez, Franny Choi, Vandana Khanna and others will be great inspiration for greater self-discovery, and reflection.
